DELIVERY REFUND

An AED 6 delivery charges applies for every order via www.marrybrownuae.com. Customers with special orders are advised to write on comments section. Prices of meals may vary with your choice of drink. The price of your meal will be reflected on your order form prior to confirmation. To facilitate order processing, condiments are assigned based on a standard allocation. Additional condiments/sauces may be charged as displayed on the website. Cash or credit card payment shall be made at point of delivery of food.

REFUND POLICY

Requests for refunds can be lodged by emailing feedback@marrybrownuae.com. All refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds issued will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days (depending on the issuing bank of the credit card).

CANCELLATION POLICY

As food preparation commences immediately upon receipt of order, cancellation is only possible within 2 minutes of placing order. Cancellation will not be accepted thereafter and you will be liable for full payment of order value.
